November: National Diabetes Awareness Month. 🍎

According to the Center for Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC), 1 in 3 Americans have prediabetes and do not know it. The CDC has a new Public Service Announcement : "Be Your Own Hero" for the public to take a 1 minute test to find out if they are at risk for prediabetes. Follow link below to the 1 minute test. There should be additional resources listed after the test for anyone interested in having more information.

Take the 1-minute prediabetes risk test, understand what causes prediabetes and what your risk factors for prediabetes are.
