Recently, Shinrin Yoku United was in Japan, the Birthplace of Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing). In October of this year, ANFT co hosted a shinrin yoku tour of Japan where guides from around the world were invited to learn from and collaborate with forest therapy practioners of Japan. My heart and mind is enriched by the deep and playful connections, the dreamings, the roots, the Shintoism, the interplays of light (Komorebi), the forests of Akasawa and Okutama
