Join Angie and Verónica for a workshop designed to help build confidence, connect to your body, and understand foundational poses in a safe, welcoming space.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or craving a return to the basics, this is your invitation to slow down, learn, and feel supported every step of the way.
We’ll break things down clearly, explore breath work, alignment, simple transitions, and offer hands-on assists to help you feel grounded, steady, and at ease for a safe, accessible, and sustainable yoga practice.

Welcome the New Year with intention, create new connections, and leave with a personal piece of art to inspire you throughout the year! This is your moment to pause, breathe, dream, and get clear on what you want to call in for 2026.
We’ll gather with light refreshments, and open-hearted conversation as we reflect on what we’re ready to release and what we’re excited to receive. You’ll have the option to create your own vision board (or not!). No pressure, no perfection—just simple, joyful creativity and spaciousness to set your intentions in a way that feels true to you.
