πŸ’› Have a lovely summer break to all my students! πŸ’›
This group of curious and respectful students 🫑 has been treating many different cases, and they loved discussing and participating in the discussion of serious cases. We have been a fantastic team treating emotional disorders, constipation, digestive problems, low energy, pregnancy care, and many more. β˜€οΈ Don’t forget to mention that we had a great time making raw herbal formulas and learned how to fold them properly! Thank you all for your enthusiasm for our medicine TCM, and I appreciate your respectfulness to your supervisor (me), to this clinic shift, to our team, to PCHS clinic, to the patients, and to the TCM community! πŸ™ I look forward to seeing all of you growing and becoming skillful and successful TCM practitioners in the future. πŸ€

😎 TCM with SUMMER season 😎
Its element is FIRE πŸ”₯, its organ is HEART ❀️‍πŸ”₯, its emotion is JOY 😁.
Since summer is all about the heart and joy, let’s do some fun stuff that makes us happy and chill!

🌫️ TCM with DAMPNESS 🌫️
Its nature is heavy, sticky and congealing.
It can cause sluggishness, digestive problems, heaviness, bloating, and sometimes even skin issues.

☯️ Summer Heat, a pure yang, can simultaneously attract its opposite, dampness, which is a part of yin according to Chinese medicine.
When they combine, you may feel tired, heavy, and sweaty.
Gentle exercise like walking πŸšΆπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ, Tai Chi, or Qi Gong can help transform dampness and keep your digestive system running smoothly.
πŸͺ΄ AND don’t forget to try Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs! πŸͺ΄
