I’m a mom, a wife, a professional singer, a professional clown and a full-time college student majoring in music. my journey through living a healthy life style has been one big roller coaster. I have a lot on my plate and sometimes my health becomes the sacrificial lamb. I went plant-base in December of 2018 and it has definitely changed my life for the better. After losing my parents to cancer and lupus, I really want to take all necessary steps to live a healthier life.
I was introduced to sea moss by my sister. My daughter was sick with a fever one day and my sister came by to visit and brought some sea moss with her. We decided to give some to my daughter because at the time she was 3yrs old and her doctor didn't recommend giving her any meds because she was too young. They ask me to try to break her fever on my own and only give her meds if the fever gets too high. We decided to put some sea moss in her water and also in a soup my aunt was making. Within 2hrs of her drinking her water and eating her soup her fever was gone. Ive been using it ever since.
Like most things we try to implement into our diet, we start and then we stop and it’s just a vicious cycle. Since I have a lot going on in my life, I sent to get very little sleep and push my body to the max. This challenges my body and it gets to a point where I start to fall apart.
This is when sea moss came back into my life. I realized I’ve been taking way too little bit sea moss and I started to take a little more and it has really helped me function on level I have never able to. I keeps me from getting sick, it gives me energy, it keeps my digestion on track, it gives me clarity, it makes my skin look feel and look great. I honestly could not live without sea moss at this point in my life.
I really believe in Sea Moss and I believe everyone should have it. :)
