Learnt something super cool yesterday and always so grateful to being open and trying new things. This year, May's full moon coincides with Wesak - a celebration of Buddhaโ€™s teachings and enlightenment. Also referred as Buddhaโ€™s Birthday.

Full moon energy tends to be intense, on top of that itโ€™s eclipse and mercury retrograde. ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Best to be aware of it and meditate. Full moon energy amplifies the energy. Prepare to let go of what does not serve you as you release negative energy blocks to cleanse, balance, and radiate happiness for weeks to come. The energy is so intense these days I have been having nightmares; waking up middle of the night and feeling insecure, vulnerable. Thank goodness for being present on knowing itโ€™s eclipse and itโ€™s the most intense time in 18 years. I sense changes are coming my way just based on my sleep patterns, dreams and waking up in the middle of the night.

Itโ€™s thru my daily practice I am recognizing whatโ€™s not in flow, I am listening better, I am observing closely and noticing the synergies.

Being very present in the moment of whatever I am doing will benefit in getting clarity and be in a flow ๐Ÿฅฐ

How to do it?
Stick your tongue out and pump your belly as you breathe heavy and fast. You may drool but thatโ€™s normal. Focus on the breath and do it for 2 mins everyday. Excellent for cleansing and energizing ๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿปโค๏ธ

I am so happy to finally commit to living fulltime in Miami. Loving the healthy lifestyle of practicing yoga, Breathwork, meditation on the beach; , all sorts of spiritual workshops while meeting really fun loving and open minded friendly souls ๐Ÿฅฐ.
I love staying active and exploring the city thru bike riding, paddle boarding, boating, Pilates, tennis โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป

Recently realized how much I love gospel singing and volunteering in church.

Best breathing tip when you are under the weather. Gets rid of your toxins.

Stick your tongue out and breathe rapidly for 2 mins. Do at least for 1mins to 2mins.

Itโ€™s an energizing breath as well!
