Yesterday at CRSI, we had the opportunity to participate in *Leading at the Speed of Trust®* leadership training delivered by FranklinCovey and facilitated by Pauline Larkin. We explored how trust fuels stronger teams, better communication, and higher performance.

By focusing on integrity, transparency, and accountability, we’re creating a culture where people feel empowered to lead and succeed together.

When trust goes up, everything else follows.
