One of the most obvious mistakes I observe when I see people pick up the harmonium is the overwork on their hand that’s controlling the bellows. Hence this little video. Check out my hand that’s controlling the bellows. Totally relaxed and resting on the corner. No need to overwork your arms!!! Leave that hard work for your asana practice! Harmonium mini course coming in Jan 2026. YACEP certified. Let me know in the comments how your playing improved after relaxing your hand ☺️

Entrainment!!
Love what and are doing v in “what music is”.
Finally humanity is bringing together all that we know and want to learn without compartments incorporating music and science, like humanity used to to thousands of years ago before we forgot we are all part of a whole!!

This is what I’ve been bridging through my work with music, sound healing, somatic therapy, meditation etc for the last 10 years, and I love to see how masters of an area come together to make sense and feel “the path of least resistance “ our true essence.
