Lately I’ve been hearing from so many of you that were taught the same lesson so early in life, before you really even understood what having emotions was about.

You never had the chance to experience what it’s like to trust yourself and trust your gut because that was stolen from you by religious teachings that your own thoughts and feelings were/are sinful. That you were born sinful.

It’s not too late to learn how to reconnect the wires so that your emotional system can become your navigation system, as it was originally set to be, simply because you were born human.

Have you heard of both/and?

Well, let’s say that can explain just about everything.

We learn that there is right and wrong /straight and gay.

The reality is that some of our sexuality is hard wired,
some comes from our experiences and some comes from our relationship to our body, partners etc.

And while CSA may make you feel safer with a woman, if you were totally straight, you wouldn’t even be able to go there. 🫣
