“We meet our edge…and soften.” I was reminded of this quote yesterday while listening to being interviewed by As I listened to it again, it took on a fresh meaning. I just love when that happens! (And this is a foot selfie taken on the Hudson River when I had a few minutes to myself last weekend…and then I floated down it! Which is another story unto itself.)

Confusion and collective trauma continue as we continue to face Covid. It is easy for me to keep going; to push through…but can I also pause, feel what I feel and also get my feet and hands directly underneath me and connected with the earth?
