💜 Saturday, February 14 from 1.30-3.30pm:
Join for a Thai Yoga Bodywork Workshop!

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with meaningful connection and mindful touch. This 2-hour Thai Yoga Bodywork workshop is a hands-on, partner-based experience where you’ll both give and receive nurturing bodywork in a safe, guided setting.

Participants are welcome to register with a friend, partner, or loved one. Through gentle assisted stretches, rhythmic compressions, and mindful touch, we’ll explore techniques that help release tension, support the nervous system, and stimulate sen (energy) lines throughout the body.

No prior experience is necessary. This workshop is designed to be accessible, grounding, and deeply relaxing—an opportunity to slow down, connect, and care for one another through intentional touch.

This Valentine’s offering centers therapeutic connection, presence, and care—providing practical tools you can continue to use beyond the workshop.

Come share presence, movement, and restoration this Valentine’s Day.

Limited to 20 participants. You may sign up as a duo or solo—solo flyers will be paired up day of!

Two of the loveliest humans we know are hosting a yin and restorative workshop on Sunday evening - with bonus sound immersion. Do not miss this!

Link in bio to register. All levels welcome!

Winter Cocoon of Rest + Vitality:

Rest in community and tend to the buds of new beginnings with this supremely juicy yin/restorative/sonic immersion workshop.

We will move through warming and delightfully cozy yin and restorative yoga poses, experience simple mantra vocalization, whilst being bathed in the magically uplifting sonic vibrations facilitated by Hertz 1111.

This workshop provides an opportunity to recalibrate the nervous system, dissipate stagnation, gain clarity, and soothe the soul in preparation for springtime renewal.

Sonic experience courtesy of Constanza Moyano from ✨

Constanza Moyano is a certified energy work and sound facilitator, and a designer of experiential, multi-sensory somatic immersions, sonic journeys for body and mind. Originally from Argentina, her practice is influenced by shamanic philosophy and nature-based traditions that honor rhythm, vibration, and the intelligence of the body. Through 1111 Hertz, she weaves breath-work and sound to help recalibrate your energy, release tension, and raise your vibrational frequency, meeting you where you are and guiding you toward your highest, most authentic energetic potential, where joy is met inward.

SHARING THE LOVE 💕

We are shouting out another small business we love from the frozen tundra of New York City.

Our very own (who remembers the donuts 🍩 and other snacks she used to make for our Tribeca fridge?!) is the magic behind , the very best meal delivery company you will find - anywhere.

Sarah’s meals are nourishing, filling, and customizable. Her whole food ingredients are well-sourced and simple. Everything is refined sugar free. Most is gluten and dairy free. Meat eaters will be satisfied. Vegetarians, pescatarians, and vegans will all be happy. Placing an order early to mid-week means one of her drivers will drop your meals off on Sunday or Monday, and your fridge is stocked for the week. This time of year is a challenge at the market (waiting for springtime veggies!) and having dinner sorted is clutch. She’s also added a variety of bulk options, so if you’re ordering for a whole fam or you love to feed your freezer, don’t miss those.

(If you want more details or recs for our favorite meals, talk to Jen or Peiling, who are frequent orderers ;))

We already get a discount (thank you Sarah!) but are sharing one for the Kula fam - comment YUM and we’ll DM you. 🥑🍓🥥🥦🍉🥬🍋🧅🥕🍩

Love,
Kula

MEET !

She’s teaching Mindful Momentum: A Workshop for Intentional Goal-Setting and Sustainable Progress this Saturday, February 7, from 1.30 - 3.30pm. Link in bio!

✨✨✨

Step into 2026 with intention and aligned action through this immersive workshop focused on building Mindful Momentum. Starting the year with intention doesn’t have to mean perfection or pressure. This workshop creates space for you to pause, reflect, and craft a roadmap that works for you—not someone else’s idea of what your year should look like.

Through reflective journaling, practical action steps, and a deeply relaxing hypnosis session to embed your future ahead, you’ll connect with what truly matters to you and build a sustainable path forward. It’s goal-setting that honors both your goals and your need for rest, joy, and fun.

Attention handstanders!

We are thrilled to welcome guest teacher for two workshops:

HANDSTAND FUNDAMENTALS 🙌🏻

This is a space that we have for two hours to talk about how to create a solid foundation for a handstand and to practice. I will show you some drills that I worked on in my journey to handstand and you will receive some handouts that you can use at home to create a training practice for yourself.

This workshop is for students of yoga that are a bit frustrated at leaning on the wall for so long and don’t see progress happening toward free balancing. Simple basic exercises followed correctly will get you there. Everybody is welcome.

Two chances to join Adam while he’s in town from down under 🇦🇺 🐨 — Saturdays January 17 and 24 from 1:30 to 3:30pm in Williamsburg.

Drop in to one or both dates! Link in bio 🖐🏻🤚🏻

Everyone! We made it to the other side!

PLEASE WELCOME to our cozy new Williamsburg home tomorrow from 1.30-3.30pm.

She’s teaching Crossing the Threshold - A New Year’s Practice

A dynamic workshop rooted in winter energetics, ritual, and intention…

January is the heart of winter—a time to slow down, go inward, and listen to our deepest wisdom. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is governed by the water element and the yin energy of the moon, teaching us about depth, stillness, and the power of restoration.

Drawing on these energetics, we’ll move through meditative moon salutations and standing poses to warm and circulate qi, then shift into breathwork, forward bends, and restorative postures to support deep letting go. This workshop weaves together TCM energetics, intention, movement, stillness, and guided meditation to provide a cathartic container for releasing 2025 and welcoming 2026 with clarity.

Expect to move, sweat, cleanse, restore, and go deep. This will be a cathartic practice for those ready to shed what no longer serves and plant the first seeds of the new year.

Bring a journal if you’d like. 📚
