We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Operations Head who has experience running business operations to develop and implement the human resources strategy of the business. You will lead a variety of human resource projects, provide fruitful human capital advice, and will be responsible for the efficiency of the business.
As a member of the company’s leadership team, the Integrator must provide leadership on the people aspects of the business plans and provides solutions and advice to management on people and organizational issues.
The Recruitment Operations Head will serve as a frontline to our prospective clients and leads who must ensure to build a good business relationship with them.
The Integrator will be a strategic thinker, problem-solver, and will have excellent communication skills to manage HR projects. You will be a key member of the senior management, reporting to the Visionary and HR Manager. You’ll have to maintain control of diverse human resources and business operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee daily human resource operations of the company and the work of the leadership team
• Implement performance management and personal/professional development plans for all team members
• Develop proposal pricing and project tracking for cost and profitability
• Ensure effective project management through the consistent application of the project management process
• Develop and recommend procedural improvements relative to human resource
• Be proactive through regular interaction with employees and management to learn, understand and address their issues and concerns
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Suggest and manage the implementation of suitable HR technology for business advancement
• Keep abreast with new trends and advancements in the human resources field
ACTIVITIES:
• Business Strategic Partner & Advisor: As the Integrator, you must be a strong, capable business partner. You will offer solutions to business problems. You will support the embedding of the business’s strategies at various departments and levels. In this capacity, provides guidance and input on workforce planning, business unit restructures, and succession planning, ensuring that core HR processes are applied appropriately and in a legally compliant manner. Also develops a power plan for the business to guarantee that resources are managed strategically. This is inclusive of developing a strategic approach to the recruitment of key personnel.
• Analytics: The Integrator analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with other HR teams to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that address current problems and also to avoid future ones. He/She is also tasked with developing programs and methods that aid in the achievement of measurable improvements in metric results and which avail actionable people management solutions and strategies.
• Client Management: The Integrator is responsible for delivering a stellar client experience, you have to understand and address the needs of our clients to ensure client satisfaction. This includes developing proposal pricing and project tracking up to completion.
• Recruitment & Selection: The best recruitment process enhances the organization's improvement and is crucial to the company’s success. As an Integrator, it is your responsibility to ensure that the company hires the best talent, best mind, and best fit for the company and our clients as well.
• Project Management: Develop an optimized accountability chart clear job descriptions, using an employee recruitment plan that identifies the selection team depending on the needs of each project.

• Proven working experience as Integrator or Operations Manager
• Experience in running/managing a business

PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• A four-year degree is essential in the field, particularly Psychology or Business Management
