* Stress: Chronic stress can increase the production of cortisol, a hormone that can lead to imbalances
* Medications: Certain medications, such as birth control pills and corticosteroids, can affect hormone levels
* Genetics: Some people are more prone to hormonal imbalances due to their genes
Symptoms:
