I believe in the Pursuit of Peak Performance and that fitness is an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I teach by finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and thrive by changing people’s life’s one exercise session at a time. I have developed my training principles from my experience as a dancer, martial artist and gymnast. My academic achievements have awarded me a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Manhattan College, and an associates degree in Nutrition from Westchester Community College. I‘m a firm believer in continued education and currently hold the following credentials:
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor
NASM Certified Nutrition Coach
NASM Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialization
American Red Cross CPR/AED certification.

NEW LOCATION IN CANTON💪🏽 Best place to go to on a Sunday besides this place has made such a difference to my son‘s life and my life. Personally, it is the greatest thing I ever signed up for and I continue to grow and get pushed to my limit I highly recommend you come by and check out our amazing at their open house in Canton on Sunday. Check out the classes. There’s a cookout at 11 AM. It’s the best thing you could do for yourself and your kids and you get to meet the 🐐
