Hello friends and family -- I hope everyone is well. Some of you know of my medical journey which includes working as a Physician Assistant for more than 25 years and recently receiving my Doctorate of Medical Science. But many don't know my true love and passion which is Functional medicine and creating individualized wellness programs aimed at disease prevention and anti-aging. In 2015, I was blessed to receive an opportunity to work work with Dr. Al Sears in Florida and facilitate his clinic. Some of my specialties include Hyperbaric Oxygen, IV Vitamins, PRP, Stem Cells, Bioidentical hormone replacement, Gut restoration. Since then, it's been full steam ahead in holistic health.

Finally, I'm launching my consulting business - "Life Love Wellness - the anti-aging connection" Some of my services include Exercise Programming, Weight loss, Stress Reduction, Nutritional programming, Medical grade supplements, Disease prevention and analysis, Wellness event planning. I will also distribute a free biweekly newsletter on health topics as well as a weekly blog and podcast.
