Honey Mustard Sauce — My Go-To Method
Take a small jar and add:

1️⃣ Vinegar or lemon juice
2️⃣ The same amount of olive oil — the ratio must stay 1:1
3️⃣ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
4️⃣ 1 tbsp honey
5️⃣ A pinch of salt

Close the jar and shake it well.
That’s it — the perfect sweet-sharp, creamy dressing for veggies, chicken, salads, grains… everything.

🧬 DNA Angle
If you struggle with healthy eating because food feels “boring,” the problem isn’t you — it’s biology.
Taste receptor genes, dopamine response, and satiety pathways all shape how satisfied you feel after meals.
A simple sauce like this helps you stay consistent without forcing yourself.

Why You Might Feel Sore, Tired, or Crampy After Workouts — It Could Be Your AMPD1 Gene
Some people recover fast. Others feel wiped out, sore for days, and hit a wall during exercise.

One reason? A variation in the AMPD1 gene.
AMPD1 helps your muscles make energy during intense effort. If you have a certain mutation, your body can’t process energy efficiently when you’re pushing hard — leading to lactic acid buildup, fatigue, muscle pain, and even cramps during or after workouts.
Support energy with D‑Ribose — it helps muscles recover and reduces pain.

And remember — your genetics don’t limit you, they just tell you how to train smarter!

➡️ DM me “DNA” to learn how YOUR genes affect your training, recovery, metabolism, and results.

Apple Oatmeal Charlotte Cake — cozy, clean, and DNA-approved

This isn’t just another apple cake. It’s designed for your genes — because your DNA determines how efficiently your body digests fiber, regulates blood sugar, and processes nutrients.

Made with whole-grain einkorn flour, old-fashioned oats, and real apples, this cake is rich in pectin, a soluble fiber that supports your detox genes, nourishes your gut microbiome, and helps maintain balanced energy and mood.

🍏 When your genes crave stability, this kind of food does the job — simple, grounding, full of real fiber, no processed junk.
It’s exactly what your DNA needs to stay calm, focused, and metabolically balanced.

💛 Light, naturally sweet, and deeply satisfying — perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack with tea.
