How to feel less overwhelmed in 2020?
With this new reality with our kids at home 24/7, trying to squeeze in our work, the household duties, spending 24/7 with your family in the same room 🙄... I don’t know about you but for me it’s not easy everyday. Monday I can smash it but by Tuesday I'm wondering how I’m going to survive the rest of the week.
