My Healthy Girl Adrenal Tonic:
🍋(1) Whole lemon (ends cut off, leave skin on)
Pro Tip: I quarter mine before throwing it in the blender.
🍋(1C) Organic coconut water (not from concentrate/zero sugar added)
🍋(¼ tsp.) Celtic sea salt
🍋(1 C) Organic unsweetened almond milk
🍋(1 Scoop) “True Nutrition” Grass-Fed Beef Protein Isolate (unflavored/unsweetened)
🍋(½ Tbsp.) EVOO (I LOVE both Spanish & Greek olive oil!)
🍋Optional: 1 pinch of saffron as a powerful anti-inflammatory/antioxidant
Directions: Blend till super creamy & enjoy😊
