🔥 STRONG BACK, STRONG YOU 🔥

Your back muscles are key for posture, strength, and that confident stance. This workout hits your lats, traps, and rhomboids to help you build strength and definition — not bulk. 💪

TRY THIS BACK WORKOUT:
✨ Pull-Ups — 3x10 → Builds upper back + grip strength
✨ Barbell Rows — 3x12 → Targets mid-back for a toned, sculpted shape
✨ Dumbbell Pullovers — 3x15 → Engages lats + core
✨ Lat Pull-Downs — 3x12 → Helps improve pull-up strength

💡 Pro tip: Focus on slow, controlled reps and squeeze at the top of each movement to activate those muscles!

You don’t need fancy machines — just consistency and effort. Save this post & tag me when you crush it 🙌

Your comfort zone is hindering your progress.

You know what happens when we stay comfortable? The same thing.

So if you are holding back because of fear, doubt, judgement.. you are essentially telling yourself “hey I would rather just stay here where I am than at least give it a try.”

Growing up,
Ive never played sports
Never was a part of a team
Never had to wake up early for AM proactive
Never had to push myself past uncomfortable limits.
Never stepped foot into a gym until I was 30

The thought of starting my health and fitness journey was not only terrifying, but also extremely uncomfortable and something I tried to convince myself I just “wasn’t cut out for” because I had never done anything like it before

But guess what?

You don’t have to be an athlete to workout
You don’t have to have to know what you are doing in the weight room right away
You don’t have to explain yourself to people who don’t understand
You don’t have to always know WTF you are doing

Part of the growth process is learning along the way - think about what’s possible if you decide to go all in, and now think about what happens if you don’t?

I know you can do it boo 💓

I used to always obsess over having a specific goal whether that was cutting or bulking, getting stronger, hitting new PRS etc.

I always was pushing the needle forward towards SOMETHING.

I like a challenge.

I like the push.

BUT, sometimes it’s OK to not always have a specific goal for your body.

I truly believe as long as you’re always working on being the best version of yourself and evolving in other ways that aren’t always physical, that’s where I’ve been able to truly transform.

I’ve learned so much about myself through every phase and every journey that I’ve ever been on.

I always thought that working towards a specific goal would make me happy but what I’ve actually learned is the journey itself is sometimes the most fun and most empowering.

My body has changed so much over the years that I’ve learned to not get fixated on one specific body or one specific number for the rest of my life.

I’ve learned that accepting the scale will fluctuate, my body will change and I will always have new goals and new challenges that I’ll be faced with.

Instead of always obsessing over a number focus on the things that bring you joy, make you feel good and allow you to learn the most about yourself.

Fitness doesn’t always have to be black or white, it doesn’t always have to be one extreme to the other.

I’ve found so much happiness this past year by just simply LIVING, eating around maintenance, tracking macros loosely but taking free meals & eating intuitive when I want to, pushing myself in the gym & focusing on recovery and allowing my body to rest.

I’m excited to set some new goals for 2026, continue to push myself & remind myself how much I’m truly capable of.

Even when it feels hard, keep going.

You’ll look back months from now, years from now, so happy you never gave up.

4 years strong on this journey - how long have you been on yours? Let’s share some hype in the comments ❤️

Confidence to me is more than just feeling good in my body.

It’s the feeling of really knowing myself, on a deep level & not being afraid of being my authentic self.

For a long time, especially when I was younger - I struggled to really figure out who that authentic version really was.

It took time for me and it took effort for me to really understand 👇🏼

✨My values.
✨My commitments to myself.
✨My ability to say no without guilt.
✨My understanding of what makes me feel grounded and strong.
✨My ability to keep learning MORE about me.
✨To lean into the “f**k yes” decisions and lean out of the ones that don’t feel aligned.

I don’t think there’s any “end goal” when it comes to building confidence, because when I look back each year, I know I’ve reached a new level of confidence and new level of knowing who I am.

So much of the confidence I see in myself and around people I know doesn’t just come from a physical transformation, but the ability to continue learning about THEM & what they really want to embody day in and day out.

It feels fu***ng amazing to feel empowered, confident & strong - but just like building a strong body, you also have to build a strong mind.

Keep putting in the reps.
Keep showing up.
Keep BECOMING that version of you that you are longing for.

3 reasons you can’t stay consistent.”
🔥 It’s not lack of motivation — it’s lack of strategy.
Here are the top 3 reasons my clients and MYSELF struggle with consistency:
1️⃣ Trying to do too much, too fast.
2️⃣ Overcomplicating food.
3️⃣ No one holding them accountable.

Once we simplified their workouts, created quick meals, and added accountability… consistency became automatic.

🎯 Comment “CONSISTENT” if you want the checklist I use with clients.

The moment I stopped restarting every Monday.

🔥 I used to ‘start over’ every Monday.
And every Friday, I’d already feel like I’d failed.

Until I realized — I didn’t need a perfect week.
I needed a system I could keep showing up for, even on messy days.

Now my focus isn’t on starting again… it’s on never stopping completely.

💬 Double tap if you’re done with the all-or-nothing cycle.

🎯 Save this for your next “Monday restart” moment.

If you only have 20 minutes, do this.

You don’t need 60 minutes. You just need intentional movement.

Here’s my go-to 20-minute full-body workout for busy woman + moms:
1️⃣ 10 squats
2️⃣ 8 push-ups
3️⃣ 12 lunges (each leg)
4️⃣ 15 dumbbell rows
💥 Repeat for 3 rounds.

It’s fast. It’s effective. And it works when life’s chaos doesn’t.

🎯 Save this for your next nap-time or lunch-break workout.

💬 Comment “WORKOUT” and I’ll send you my full 20-min guide!
