Hi, I’m Rebecca, a therapist, wife, and mom of 2-- who helps millennial and Gen Z women chill out, get confident, and trust themselves so they can find and keep the love they want.

I grew up on Disney movies, rom-coms, and the idea that once you find your “person,” everything just magically falls into place. Spoiler: it doesn’t always work that way...especially in the chaos of NYC dating.
