Whip It Up Wednesday
So it's been one week without meat (I gave it up for Lent and I was also listening to my body). Not only do I not miss it, but I have become creative in finding delicious meals to cook that are also healthy for my body. I made a delicious Lentil Soup this weekend; have gone crazy for spiralized veggies, and these falafels are next on my radar.

Friday Fitness
Make a decision to incorporate exercise into your day. Then take it from there. You don't have to go lift weights every day or hit the gym. Take the dog for a walk. Take the stairs. Break it up into two 15 minute mini workouts. My 80+ mom uses her little exercise bands to work her tummy whenever Dr Phil is on. So cute! Just get yourself up and moving.
