Said to be the king of all poses, headstand (sirsasana), is the gateway to more advanced inversion & arm balances.

Headstand is both a physically and mentally stimulating pose. Strengthening your upper body, core, & legs, while also changing your internal & external world perspectives, fostering mental & emotional clarity.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner looking to strengthen your headstand practice, or a novice yogi whose desire is to get upside down for the first time, there is something for everyone to take away from this workshop.

If you’re apprehensive of going upside down or feel you “can’t” or “won’t” ever be able to, I invite you to challenge that narrative you’ve written for yourself. Come prove yourself wrong. See you upside down!
