Washing your hands for at least 20 seconds at a time throughout the day can help prevent the spread of germs that make us sick!

Key times to wash your hands include:
🧼 After using the bathroom or changing a diaper
🧼 Before preparing food or eating
🧼 After handling raw meat or fish
🧼 After coughing or sneezing
🧼 After touching frequently touched items such as door handles, light switches, and TV remotes.
