A cheerful remind for 2023:
You can eat a healthy diet ➡️w/o dieting
You can create new habits ➡️ w a PLAN
You can be healthy ➡️ w/o obsessing over it
You can choose happiness ➡️ w intention
You can rise up from anything ➡️ w determination
You can completely recreate yourself ➡️ w a vision
You are not too late -> it’s never too late to start
You are not too old -> you’re too young not to try 😎
Ultimately, you are the e only thing in your own way. I have spoke to patients 👩🏻⚕️ and 1:1 private clients recently, the convo is similar in both setting around the top of changing habits and how difficult it can be for some more than others. News flash: it’s hard to change habits, mindset, healthy eating, etc… for MOST OF US. The difference is believeing you can and being ok with failing and restarting.
The success you are looking for especially with health lifestyle changes goes like this:
starts with a simple plan, then action steps, then consistency, then a setup… then more consistency over a long period of time until you are no longer obsessing over the small things. It will become ingrained in you, in your mindset and daily life.
