Army ('99-'05) As most of you know fitness in the Army is always a top priority. However back then as young soldier (and probably like some of you today) I absolutely hated working out! As the years went by, Through a lot of motivation & dedication, I went from a small 145lbs to 195lbs of muscle. It was then I realized the importance of fitness. I felt good, I had extra energy and I was happy with my new physique. Since leaving the army, I continued to maintain my physical fitness. I became a certified Personal Trainer so I could help others achieve goals that they didn't think was possible (I did!).
