Soul Sister Fit Soul Sister Fit classes join high-intensity workouts with yoga and meditation to give strength and flexibility to body, mind, and soul.

Our intimate fitness classes (7 students max) begin with 25 minutes of high-intensity circuits dedicated to endurance and strength training followed by 25 minutes of yoga flow devoted to relaxation and sensitivity. Every class ends with a 10 minute meditation, leaving students in a blissful and focused frame of mind, ready to create, manage, and flourish. We also offer non-vegetarian/vegetarian/vegan nutrition guidance and coaching to improve overall health, and pure meditation and breathing classes to improve physical vibrations. Our retreats include all elements of classes and nutritional guidance with the added benefit of being in a beautiful place!
