Soul Sister Fit Soul Sister Fit classes join high-intensity workouts with yoga and meditation to give strength and flexibility to body, mind, and soul.

Our intimate fitness classes (7 students max) begin with 25 minutes of high-intensity circuits dedicated to endurance and strength training followed by 25 minutes of yoga flow devoted to relaxation and sensitivity. Every class ends with a 10 minute meditation, leaving students in a blissful and focused frame of mind, ready to create, manage, and flourish. We also offer non-vegetarian/vegetarian/vegan nutrition guidance and coaching to improve overall health, and pure meditation and breathing classes to improve physical vibrations. Our retreats include all elements of classes and nutritional guidance with the added benefit of being in a beautiful place!

Meatless recipe of the week! Did you know a 1/4 cup of dried pearled cous cous contains 7 grams of protein?
This vegetarian friendly bowl is easy and quick to make for a lunch idea!
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked cous cous
1/4 package of extra firm tofu
1 cup arugula
1/4 cup chopped portabella mushroom
2 minced fresh garlic cloves
1/2 avocado
6 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1 tbsp siracha
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
Pepper
Red chili powder
Directions:

Cut tofu into 1/2 inch slices making sure they are fairly thin so they can char easy on pan. Add to a smallbowl. Add soy sauce, oil, siracha, garlic powder, red pepper, pepper and garlic to tofu and jet marinade for a few minutes.

Heat up a pan to medium high and add 1 tbsp. olive oil. Add tofu to pan letting each side cook and brown for 4-5 minutes. Add mushroom to pan and sautée.
In a separate bowl add your cous cous then add your tofu "meat"to the wrap, too with tomatoes, avocado and a drizzle of siracha VOILA! 👌 Want more Soul Sister recipes? Look up for our Monthly Fit fan mail launching in August! 👏☺️
