If you struggle with up and down moods and intense emotions that make your relationships harder, this is the group for you.

​DBT Skills help you learn more effective ways of dealing with people and situations. There are four skills taught in DBT:​

Mindfulness: the practice of being fully aware and present in this one moment​

Distress Tolerance: how to tolerate pain in difficult situations, not change it​

Interpersonal Effectiveness: how to ask for what you want and say no while maintaining self-respect and relationships with others​

Emotion Regulation: how to change emotions that you want to change

Rates are $55/session or $300 for all 6 sessions. To see if you can submit group therapy receipt for reimbursement from your insurance provider, you can call and tell them the service/CPT code will be Group Therapy - 90853.

Our Story

How do you break free from the shackles of anxiety when your mind is your own worst enemy? Pretending like everything is fine can be exhausting when you are suffering so much on the inside. I'm here to tell you, there is hope. You are not alone and you are not broken. When you talk to me you don't have to pretend like everything is ok when it's not. I can help you learn to control your mind, instead of letting it control you. You can walk through your fears and change self-destructive patterns. You can manage anxiety and improve your life. It's ok that you need help with this. I am here for you when you are ready.

Don't believe those inner voices that keep your life small. Your thoughts and bad habits do not define you. I used to struggle with crippling anxiety and self destructive behaviors. The techniques I will teach you are the same ones that helped me heal. I still use them regularly and would never ask you to do something that I am not willing to do myself.

The best part is, you can do this from the comfort of your own space. I offer sessions by video, phone, or chat depending on what's best for you. The process starts with a free phone consultation where we briefly touch on what you have going on, and make sure that we're a good fit. I look forward to starting this journey with you.
