On Wednesday afternoon, PSSNY Leadership learned that the NY legislature continues to push for a delay to the implementation of the NYRx Program (the Fee For Service Carve Out).

As such, we are asking our members to call Governor Hochul immediately, thank her for her support of NYRx, and ask her to stand strong for an on time, April 1st, start. NYRx is best for patients, best for pharmacists, and best for New York!
