March brings awareness to many health and mental health challenges, including autoimmune disease, sleep disorders, brain health, and emotional wellbeing.
We begin this month by honoring those living with autoimmune conditions and recognizing the resilience it takes to navigate daily life with chronic illness.
Research continues to explore how long-term stress and nervous system dysregulation influence inflammation, sleep, and immune signaling.
This does not mean stress causes autoimmune disease.
Autoimmune conditions are complex and multifactorial.
However, it does remind us that how we care for the mind, body, and spirit matters.
