HEALING TRAUMA AND EMOTIONAL PAIN:
Here's an interview with Brett Cotter, author and the founder of the Stress is Gone Method of dealing with emotional pain and trauma. The interviewer is Lynne Salomon Miceli, former Director of the New York A.R.E. Center. Lynne writes:
"I was so impressed with Brett during this interview. His sincerity truly shines through. He has such a passion for helping people overcome trauma and emotional pain--and it seems like the Spirit really moves through him in doing this work. I'm excited about attending his workshop on Dec. 3rd--and may also set up some private sessions with him.
"Something he doesn't mention in his literature about his work, is that Brett is also clairaudient, clairvoyant, intuitive and an empath. That brings a lot of Light into his coaching work. He really came across to me as a kind of avatar of a new way of healing emotional issues.
"Some tools he uses, like breathwork and meditation, are ancient but he combines them in new and enlightening ways.
"Hope you enjoy the interview. Info about the workshop in the comments."
