I’m in a new chapter.
F the scripts. It’s time for real learning.

For a while I thought I’d write a book about the drama of owning a wellness spa. And there was plenty of it. But that was never the real work. The real work has been 15 years in private practice. Thousands of hours in session. Years of learning how to be intentional instead of reactive. Years of refining skill instead of relying on talent.

So I’m writing the book I actually care about. An advanced training manual for hypnotherapists.

No fluff. No scripts to memorize. Just tools, structure, and the thinking behind the work. It wasn’t luck that made me good and being awarded Best of NYC. It was reps. It was precision. It was learning how to listen, how to hold state, how to formulate suggestions that actually land.

This chapter isn’t reinvention. It’s distillation.

Your triggers aren’t someone else’s responsibility.
They’re information.

In this video, I explain what triggers actually are, why your body reacts before your mind can catch up, and how those reactions are often tied to old, learned patterns rather than what’s happening right now.

Triggers aren’t a sign that something is wrong with you.
They’re a sign that your nervous system learned something once that hasn’t been updated yet.

Real change doesn’t come from asking the world to adjust around your triggers. It comes from understanding them, working with your nervous system, and creating choice where there used to be automatic reaction.

If you want to understand your reactions instead of being controlled by them, this is where the work starts.
