Excited to share that I’ve completed certification in David Elliotts Healer Training Breath Work Levels 1-5 !
Conscious meditative breath work can support regulating the nervous system and cultivating a stronger mind body connection.
We tend to hold our breath when stressed and breathing is a way to expand the diaphragm, improving lymph circulation and increase oxygen saturation.
Tapping into our innate ability to heal, breath work can help free old beliefs and paradigms that get stuck in our body causing unnecessary suffering.
