Excited to share that I’ve completed certification in David Elliotts Healer Training Breath Work Levels 1-5 !

Conscious meditative breath work can support regulating the nervous system and cultivating a stronger mind body connection.
We tend to hold our breath when stressed and breathing is a way to expand the diaphragm, improving lymph circulation and increase oxygen saturation.
Tapping into our innate ability to heal, breath work can help free old beliefs and paradigms that get stuck in our body causing unnecessary suffering.

Infertility is a painful experience for couples. Acupuncture helps to balance hormones and also to relieve stress a major health problem.

Trying to conceive is one of the most frustrating journeys. The longer it takes to get pregnant, the more discouraged and hopeless you might feel and start to believe.

3 powerful steps to overcome negative thoughts:

●Shifting your mindset- What you think matters! Be mindful of who you talk to about your fertility and what advice you choose to accept. Create a safety bubble of golden light that protects you from negativity such as news and anxiety provoking thoughts and replace it with empowering thoughts such as things to be grateful for and that you are moving forward.

●Take back your power- learn about YOUR body and reproductive cycle. Don’t let tracking your cycle become stressful. Think of it as a positive intention that brings you closer every day to having your baby.

●Have a clear vision of what you want- you know you want a baby, but what does that family look like in your mind? Create a vision board and use it as a visual reminder of the goal you’re working towards!

Winter blues actually happen as we enter into February and March because we have depleted our levels of VitD.

Let the sunshine in! Winter blues are a normal occurrence in January and February because there is less daylight.

We need sunlight to help produce VitD and to regulate our sleep and wake cycle and other biological functions. Reduced sunlight and more time indoors can leave you feeling tired and sad, and lower your immune system’s ability to fight off infection.

Make a point of getting outdoors during daylight for a walk or exercise. Breathing and stretching, trying yoga, or a moving meditation like Tai Chi strengthens the mind body connection. This helps to rewire the brain, and support overall health.

To keep your immune system strong and your body healthy, devote at least 10 minutes a day to clearing your mind and moving your body!

We have a lot of choices on what we put into our bodies, but we take for granted that someone else is making sure we are healthy. Developing habits that are in alignment with whole health, wellness and longevity is the goal.
