Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients:

1 pound organic Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
4 slices of uncured bacon, chopped
2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread them on a baking sheet and sprinkle chopped bacon on top.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly crispy.
