Rewire your habits. Stop self-sabotage. Lose weight on autopilot.

Stop exercising like this.

Just because you had extra stuffing, apple pie, or a few too many cocktails on Thanksgiving doesn’t mean you need to exercise to “make up for it”.

Food is part of life, and it’s celebratory. We shouldn’t punish ourselves with cardio or exercise for enjoying it.

If you’ve been consistent and you have a holiday, special occasion or weekend where you go over your calories… IT’S OK.

One or 2 days won’t make or break your progress.

And if your current plan doesn’t allow you to enjoy holidays without thinking you failed, it’s time for another plan.

This is exactly why we use calorie cycling - it allows you to have enough freedom & flexibility to enjoy every holiday completely guilt-free (without gaining weight)!

Comment “CYCLE” and we’ll send you our free Calorie Cycling Quick Start Guide so you can get started today.

We hope you had a happy and healthy Thanksgiving with your friends and family!

When you picture the end of the year, do you see a “new you” walking into Thanksgiving ready to flex on your family… 10lbs lighter, glowing, soaking up the compliments of how good you look?

🧀 Saying no to the cheese board.
🍷 Sipping just *one* glass of wine.
🍰 Taking a polite bite of pie.
💅 Then heading home smug and superior.

Now let me ask you... Has that version of you ever actually shown up? 😂

Or do you end up YOLO’ing the appetizer spread, topping off your wine, getting pi**ed at your jeans squeezing your tummy and thighs—then jump from “I’ll stay locked in” to “fug it, I’ll start in January”?

Here’s the real problem: when your goal is to be “perfect” throughout the holidays, you’re not present.

😖 You’re body-checking (and shaming).
🤨 You’re in your head negotiating with yourself.
😔 You’re missing the moment.

That’s why we just recorded a new podcast episode about those exact holiday fantasy expectations, and how they sound motivating... but in reality are just setting you up to feel frustrated, disconnected, and weirdly alone in a room full of people you love.

So, if you’re thinking, “I want to lose weight by Dec 31st...” This is your reality check.

You already know where that’s gotten you. Every year. For decades.

It’s not realistic in real life... and the yo-yo’ing proves it.

What if, instead, you just focused on maintaining your current weight—so you can enjoy the food, enjoy your people, and roll into January feeling already ahead instead of 10lbs heavier?

Comment “ME” below and we’ll send you the link to the episode!

Have you ever dealt with THESE people?

“Have one”
“Come on, you can’t have one glass?
“You’re no fun, just try it”

Food pushers are ESPECIALLY frustrating when you’re trying to be locked into your fitness plan/routine.

Here’s the truth about food pushers…

They show love and bond through food. Although frustrating at time, their intentions are not always bad.

But sometimes the food they want you to enjoy with them doesn’t fit in with your health or dietary goals for the day and that’s ok.

It’s important to remember that you have every right to say no when you’re offered food that doesn’t align with your goals.

But here’s the key: you CAN communicate your choice with kindness and love.

Here are three ways you can handle it:

1. Offer to have the food “later” or “another time”
2. Politely say, “No thanks”
3. Suggest an alternative - like planning it into your day tomorrow!

These empowered responses are going to make you feel lighter mentally, physically, and emotionally because you’re putting YOU first.

Remember- Setting clear boundaries doesn’t mean you’re rejecting someone… it means you’re respecting yourself and your goals.

Embrace the power of communication.
Stay true to yourself.
And surround yourself with a support system that cheers you on.

Raise your hand if you’ve eaten you kid’s leftovers before 🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️

You might think that the sandwich crusts, leftover chips, or couple spoonfuls of Mac and cheese in the pot don’t matter that much…

But if you add up all those “just a bite”s throughout the day, you might find that it’s pulling you out of a calorie deficit and putting you over your calorie target for the day.

And this might be why you feel like you’re “doing everything right”, but you’re still stuck.

If you’re guilty of this, we challenge you to weigh, log, and track every bit and sip that goes into your mouth for the next few weeks. Guaranteed it makes a huge difference!

Anyone else feel like they have no time to pre-plan their food?

But do you have time to scroll social media?
Or watch your favorite show?

There’s a difference in not having time and not making something a priority.

If you replaced just 15 minutes of your time on social media, you’d be able to pre-plan your food for the next day.

It feels like pre-planning takes time, but it actually saves you time in the long run.

Did you believe this?

Carbs make you fat.
Stick below 1200 calories.
“Clean eating” is the only way.
Pizza, wine, and dessert are off-limits if you’re serious.

If you’ve spent years punishing yourself... white-knuckling through cravings, saying no to date nights, logging calories like it was a full-time job…

All while secretly hating yourself every time you messed up.

You might say things like:
“I’ll start again Monday.”
“I just need more motivation.”
“I was good all week, I deserve this.”

But what you really mean is  “I don’t trust myself.”

Because diet culture didn’t just teach you how to lose weight. It taught you how to disconnect from your body.

How to equate “control” with “worth.” How to fear food instead of enjoy it.

And now, even when you want to eat freely - you can’t.

You second-guess every bite.
You feel guilty for wanting dessert.
You call it “cheating” just for being human.

Let me be clear:
You don’t need to earn your food.
You don’t need to cut carbs to lose weight.
And you don’t need to hate yourself into losing weight.

If you’ve been stuck in that exhausting cycle of trying harder, eating less, and still feeling like you’re failing...

This is your permission to stop.

Our members are losing 15-45 without restriction - by eating more food than ever before, rebuilding trust with their bodies, and actually enjoying their lives again.

If you’re ready for that kind of freedom, comment “READY”, and we’ll show you exactly what to do to lose the weight, without cutting out your favorite foods, or hating yourself through the process.

Happy birthday to my bestie and best half of LUMINÜ! 🥳

This might be a day late, but rightfully so, because we spent the whole day yesterday phones down, fully present, drinking margs, having fun, and celebrating YOU.

The way you show up for the people you love, how deeply you care for every woman who walks into this community, and the discipline you have to keep growing and evolving yourself is something I seriously admire.

Even though a nail salon hates to see you coming, and I had to say a quick Hail Mary for your hair stylist last week hoping you wouldn’t go full bad cop/bad cop on her... you’re still the kindest, funnest, and funniest (after .randall 🐊) person I know.

Happy Birthday, Minnie. Hope you had the best day yesterday. We love you!

When you start to make radical changes to step into the person you’re called to be, it can make others around you feel insecure.

Your husband may feel threatened that you are making changes and they are staying stuck.

Or they may feel upset that your relationship is changing because you no longer want to go out drinking and eating wings on the weekend.

Or maybe they’re frustrated you don’t sleep in on the weekend because you want to be up and at the gym.

No matter what the reason is, if your partner is making you feel bad or guilty for making changes that are good for YOU, then subconsciously you’ll start to pull back from pursuing your goals so you don’t hurt their feelings or make them feel insecure.

The problem with that is you’re sacrificing your goals and because of that you might become resentful.

If you want help navigating this, comment ME and we’ll send you the full video for how to fix this so you’re not dimming your own light to let someone else shine.
