January is bubbling on the stove! 🍲✨
Ham bone broth, black-eyed peas, navy beans, potatoes, garlic, peppers, turmeric, moringa powder, flaxseed… every ingredient chosen for its healing benefits:
Beans & potatoes → energy + fiber
Garlic & turmeric → immunity + anti-inflammation
Moringa & flaxseed → vitamins, minerals, omega-3s
Earlier, I made a strong clove-lemon-honey tea—bitter, intense, but healing. Shared with my family. Not the best tasting concoction I've created.
