Hello IBF!

The last few days, there has been so much development with the coronavirus and closings. WE ARE OPEN AND WILL REMAIN OPEN. We would like to reassure you that we are taking active preventive measures in order to ensure that our workout space is cleaned and sanitized properly before and after each workout, in between circuits as well as sanitizing the equipment. We will have Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer available and we encourage you to sanitize your hands as you enter the dojo. If you would like to bring your own personal weights, mats, and sanitizer etc. we encourage you to do so, but again, everything will be sanitized before, during and after our workouts.

We have a strong commitment to the health and safety of our clients that we consider close family and friends. We encourage you all to continue attending personal training as well as group class. This is the season of allergies, colds, and touches of flu. If you are sick, please stay home and we encourage you to return to class when you are feeling much much better.

Your health and safety are our number one priority.
