Musings by the tree đŸŒČ—what’s your Human Design Type?? I’m a Manifesting Generator—not sure how this shows up for me, cause I am out of touch with the signposts or makeup of my type—but that is why I am partnering with on January 25th to offer a workshop specifically for the woman over 40 or approaching her 40’s!! Midlife is a time to incorporate rest into our routine and I am offering a restorative yoga practice with some hands on adjustments, followed by a chat about Human Design, your HD type and how working with your Human Design can help bring you back into balance in Midlife. If you are craving more rest, if you’re looking to connect with other like minded women, if you are looking to figure out who you are and what you need in your life now after doing and being all the things for everyobody else—do youself a favor and join me and Lori at this workshop in the Chase Mill on January 25th. It’s 3 luxurious hours, so make it into a day long retreat for you, start with lunch at downstairs and then make your way upstairs for the rest of the afternoon.

I love a good Mrs. Claus look đŸ€¶, I mean, all that is missing is the hat, right?

Last weeks coffee we wore red! It was a fun experiment and though my outfit did skew into the North Pole theme, I’m not mad about it.

Our first coffee of 2026 is posted and now live on Eventbrite!! Some new info happening for this year:

1) We will be providing drip coffee for our coffee meetups—and so—we are adding a small charge to pay for the room for our coffee connects!!

2) We are rolling out a very accessible $ membership for this incredible local community we are creating here in Burlington in this new year—stay tuned for all the details—but coffee ☕ is one of the things that will be included in the membership investment!

Questions? DM me!
XOXO,
Your Friend, Mrs. Claus 😉

I’m proud to have been featured on the Insights Blog at this past week. Sharing about myself and my work with the people I’ve “co-worked” alongside this past year is such a highlight. I will share a link to this story in my bio.

Thank you to Hula for asking me to participate and to for making me feel comfortable in front of the camera.

My takeaway from this experience: lean into the uncomfortable and let yourself celebrate your accomplishments from time to time. We often forget to do this for ourselves. Hope you enjoy reading.

Who’s coming to our LAST FREE coffee of 2025?!?
Tomorrow, Tuesday at 8:15am, doors open at 8 so you can grab a coffee from , we start promptly at 8:30am and go until about 9:15am with the option to hang and chat after —or stay and get a day pass to work for the day!!

Word is: wear red if you’re feeling festive and it is easy and fun —because guess what—we don’t need any s**t that feels like we “have to” and honestly most of us are part of the “we do not care” Club these days. So, if it’s fun and you have red in your closet, wear it! If not, don’t!! We welcome you anyway.

Coffees and our ticketed lunch is brought to you by our lovely sponsors:

And of course with the generous hosting of our rowdy group by

Small bit of joy guaranteed.
Oftentimes it’s so easy to focus on what’s not going well, or what’s wrong in our lives (or the world) that we don’t see the small moments that have potential to bring us contentment.

This is mine.
Thank you to for the suggestion to keep the lights down low. I’m loving the slow wake-up. ❀
