As a nutritionist, I've seen SO many women struggle with keeping weight off.
No matter how many times I told them (way back when) to stop eating certain foods, cut carbs and to follow said meal plan, they would always end up falling off the wagon, gaining weight and feeling defeated and frustrated.
Out of my own weight loss journey, I realized that approach was antiquated and kept people stuck. It wasn't until I realized that working with my mindset was the key to actually losing the weight AND keeping it off.
That's why I became a weight loss coach. I figured out HOW to identify AND change the habits and behaviors that were keeping me and countless other women stuck in the vicious yo-yo dieting cycle.
