As a nutritionist, I've seen SO many women struggle with keeping weight off.

No matter how many times I told them (way back when) to stop eating certain foods, cut carbs and to follow said meal plan, they would always end up falling off the wagon, gaining weight and feeling defeated and frustrated.

Out of my own weight loss journey, I realized that approach was antiquated and kept people stuck. It wasn't until I realized that working with my mindset was the key to actually losing the weight AND keeping it off.

That's why I became a weight loss coach. I figured out HOW to identify AND change the habits and behaviors that were keeping me and countless other women stuck in the vicious yo-yo dieting cycle.

It all starts within. There is NOTHING outside of you that will do the job, not even a weight loss drug. By working with your mindset, releasing sabotaging behaviors and rewiring your brain, you CAN lose weight and keep it off for good.

Commet ME below and I'll send you a free training to help you get started.

Stop fighting the food and start listening to the “why”.
Restricting and controlling what you eat might feel like the solution, but it actually makes the cycle worse. Real, lasting change doesn’t come from a new diet —it comes from understanding your psychological patterns and why you use food emotionally.
When you identify the root cause, you can finally move past the struggle and create a real shift in your behavior.
Are you ready to stop the restriction cycle?

GLP-1's have taken over the weight loss industry. In a world obsessed with thinness, celebrities are now showing up rail thin. It doesn't look health and this is the wrong messaging for women who have struggled for decades with weight loss. Skinny doesn't = healthy.

Weight Loss drugs don't fix the deeper issue with food. They don't change behavior, other than make you eat less ONLY while you are on them.

Not to mention all the known and unknown side effects still to be revealed. Did you know that no only are you losing fat on a GLP-1, but you're also losing muscle. The thing that keeps you healthy, strong, agile and mobile long-term.

Don't chase weight loss to look good in a dress, or fit into your skinny jeans from the 90's. Approach it armed with a proven process that works, long after any diet or weight loss drug is gone.

Crackers and butter, chocolate chip cookies, potato chips, ice cream...

These are the foods that a lot of women turn to when they have been dieting too long, or when they are stressed out, or emotional.

These "so-called" non-healthy foods become a crutch, a place to find respite...

Then they become a bigger problem, because they usually lead to weight gain, starting over, frustration and disappoinment, not to mention an out of control feeling while eating them.

When I was dieting, I remember having to cut out my favorite foods, like Quesadillas and even wine. This left me miserable, because I felt so deprived. That deprivation led to overeating foods I wouldn't even normally eat. That's the REAL problem with diets.

If you want to be able to eat your favorite foods without feeling out of control or worrying that they will make you gain weight, then it's time to look at your approach and mindset. Cutting them out and depriving yourself of pleasure will only work against you in the longrun.

What does Food Freedom actually look like?

😋 To me, it’s sitting down to a lobster quesadilla and a crisp glass of Rosé—and enjoying every single bite without an ounce of guilt.

It’s the ability to eat the food I LOVE without worrying about the scale creeping up the next morning.

But I’ll be honest: I spent a decade doing the exact opposite.

If you know my story, I was a professional "Monday Morning Restarter." I’d spend my weekends eating wings, nachos, and Häagen-Dazs with friends, only to wake up Monday to a "sentence" of grilled chicken and steamed broccoli.

I stayed home many nights because I hated how I looked in my clothes. I was trapped in a cycle of "on or off," and it was exhausting.

The Secret 👉👉 Learning How to "Eat in the Life You Live"

Everything changed when I stopped trying to diet and restrict what I loved, and started working on my mindset.
I finally learned my most important method: How to eat in the life you actually live.

See, most diets ask you to pause your life. They ask you to skip the parties, ignore the cravings, and live in a bubble of restriction. That’s why they fail.

I still practice what I preach.

I’ve maintained my weight for 33 years because I learned how to balance my week without restriction. I learned that food only has the power I give it. By "managing my thinking," I silenced the self-sabotage and took my power back.

And for the women who also learn HOW TO shift this, Food Freedom is about finally having the silence. So I have to ask you: What would your life feel like if the struggle with food just… stopped?

What would you do with all that mental energy if you weren't spending it on "Monday resets," hiding wrappers, or beating yourself up over a bag of chips?

If you’re tired of the tug-of-war, I want to show you the way out. Comment ME and I'll share the next steps with you.

The body is a reflection of the inner workings of your mind. That's why diets DO NOT work. A diet only addresses what you are putting in your mouth. What it doesn't address is your habits, behaviors and mindset.

Your mind is what got you where you are today. If you're overweight, it's most likely because of a deeper core belief you carry about yourself and food.

If you can't identify that belief, and you think weight loss is just about restricting calories, cutting out sugar, or controlling every bite, you will continue to struggle. You may lose some weight, but you will most likley gain it back, plus some.

it's time to put an end to an old aniquated way of thinking when it comes to weight loss. The weight loss industry is a multi-billion dollar industry for a reason; they make money off you failing!

Most women workout as a punishment because of what they ate. Or if they just workout harder they will lose the weight. Sadly, neither of these approaches work longterm for weight loss. Exercise and moving your body is meant to be enjoyable, not a punishment. What's your favorite way to move your body that's not based off of punishment. Tell me in the comments below. .

Feeling confident and at ease in your body doesn't automatically happen because you lose weight. Most women who want to lose weight, think they will have all the confidence they need, or will be able to do all the things they have been putting off for "when" they lose.

The problem with that is most women who do lose weight have to constantly FIGHT to keep it off. That wears on their confidence and self-esteem because they still don't trust themselves around food.

Being on a diet for the rest of your life to keep weight off is NO way to live. Knowing how to feel at ease and trust yourself around food is what FREEDOM feels like. This is how the weight stays off.

There is no magic pill, even GLP-1's are a problem, because they don't heal the root issue of being overweight in the first place. Once people go off these drugs, all the same habits and behaviors are still there.

Isn't it time to do it differently, and heal the root cause so you don't need weight loss drugs or diets? All you need is a true reliance on yourself and the proven process to get you there.

If you want that, I'll show you how. Set up a complimentary call with me today at speakwithlisa.com and we can talk it through.

Healthy eating doesn't automatically equal weight loss. This is a widespread misconception among women trying to lose weight.

Yes, eating nutrient-dense food is good for our health, but it doesn't always lead to weight loss. There are so many more factors at play when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off.

Mindset is the FIRST component to sustainable weight loss, and usually the last piece women focus on. This is why so many women that I work with have been successful at keeping weight off long-term. Because they understand HOW to change their dieter's mindset, and transform the habits and behaviors that led them to gain weight in the first place.

I didn't always have control over my eating and my weight. For years, I carried an extra 15-20 pounds. I tried all the diets with no long-term results. I had to get honest with myself and look at what got me to where I was with my weight...and what was keeping me there.

I started to implement mindset strategies instead of dieting and restricting my food, and that was a huge game-changer. This is exactly what I teach in my 6-month program, What Are You Really Hungry For. I don't put you on a diet, tell you to restrict food, or make you count calories. Those things will just keep you stuck right where you are.

My approach is unique because I focus on shifting internally versus just changing your food. If you want to learn more about my 6-month group program, so you can FINALLY end the long-time battle with food and with your weight, book a call with me at speaktolisa.com and we can work through it together. I'm here for you.

During my last masterclass, I asked the ladies on the call, "IF food had a job in your life, what would it be (outside of nourishment)?

They wrote answers like, it's there to comfort me, it's my friend, it's there when I'm lonely...

The truth is, food was never meant to be emotional or used emotionally. People who have a "normal" relationship with food, enjoy it, and eat when they are hungry. They also know how to stop when they are satisfied.

It doesn't mean they don't ever indulge or eat sugar, it just means that food is a source of nutrition for them, a place they get fuel and sustenance. They don't have to control anything when it comes to what they eat.

Learning how to STOP using food as an emotional crutch is the key to sustainable weight loss. It's the key to end yo-yo dieting and the white-knuckling you do when certain foods are in your house, or the cookies are in the break room.

When you learn to respect and trust yourself, the ice cream won't call your name from the freezer. You'll be able to discern if you really want to eat it, and if it's going to serve you in that moment.

Most women have been taught to outsource their inner knowing when it comes to their body and their weight..

A diet plan, food rules, tracking macros, or an “expert” telling you when to eat, what to avoid, and how their body should respond.

And sadly, over time, that noise gets louder than your own wisdom.

Diet culture trains you to distrust yourself.
It tells you hunger is a problem.
Cravings are a weakness.
And your food and body needs to be controlled.

But your body has always been communicating with you and letting you know what it needs.

Learning to tap into your inner knowing means:
• Listening for hunger instead of overriding it
• Noticing how foods actually make you feel
• Respecting fullness without fear
• Letting curiosity replace judgment

Sustainable weight loss doesn’t come from more rules.
It comes from rebuilding the relationship between you and your body.

When you stop asking,
“What diet should I follow?”
and start asking,
“What do I need right now?”

Everything shifts.

Your body isn’t confused.
It’s been ignored.

And when you learn how to listen again — without shame, pressure, or perfection — food stops being a battle.

Your body knows the way.
You just have to let it lead. 💛

Our Story

Though it was more than 20 years ago that I struggled with my weight, I can still recall the awful feeling of being uncomfortable in my body. It was then that I discovered that diets only work for the short-term. After becoming a personal trainer and getting a Masters degree in nutrition I realized that so much more needs to change than just the food I eat. I truly believe that the only way to achieve sustainable weight loss is to change your habits, behaviors, mindset and your relationship with food and eating. If you've tried every diet out there and you are ready to get off the diet rollercoaster for good, schedule a complimentary call with me HERE-->>www.speakwithlisa.com or email me at lisa@lisagoldbergnutrition.com. I can’t wait to speak with you!
