Though it was more than 20 years ago that I struggled with my weight, I can still recall the awful feeling of being uncomfortable in my body. It was then that I discovered that diets only work for the short-term. After becoming a personal trainer and getting a Masters degree in nutrition I realized that so much more needs to change than just the food I eat. I truly believe that the only way to achieve sustainable weight loss is to change your habits, behaviors, mindset and your relationship with food and eating.
