Scope of Work:
Supporting the day-to-day business of the Company, including but not limited to:
• Daily Sales Lead Management + CRM Database Management
• Daily Sales Team Support for Raw + Licensed Venues*
• Website Management - Addition of New Venues & Maintenance
• Weekly Newsletter - Concept Generation & Ex*****on in Mailchimp
• Sales Training + Skills Development
• Sales Research Projects + Strategic Marketing Support
• Sales + Production Site Visit Support with Clients and Clients’ Vendors
• On-site Event Operations - Nights + Weekend Opportunities (As desired)
• Basic Accounting Support - Check Collection, Organization + Deposits
• General Office Management and Administrative Tasks
*The Kagency Workflow Chart will provide detailed responsibilities within the Sales Team
Support Role. Further training and support documents are provided. The Workflow Chart will
be provided after resume review and prior to setting up an interview.
Requirements:
• Self-motivated and self-directed individual able to manage and prioritize time/tasks
and take ownership of projects through completion
• Strong written + verbal skills
• Strong organization + multitasking skills
• Strong social media skills
• Experience or interest in the Hospitality Industry is a must
• Sales experience is preferred
• Experience or interest in graphic design or photography is a bonus
• Proficiency in Word, Excel + MAC OS Platform
• Familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp + Zoho CRM is a bonus
• This is a career path position leading to a Sales Manager position

Alice + Olivia designer, Stacey Bendet, showcased her collection with highly impressive, intricate and detailed sets.

This past NYFW event was filled with celebrity influencers such as Sofia Richie and the experiential presentation reinforced the ethos of the Alice + Olivia brand: make a statement, go big and have fun. 🤟🤩

Dear Kagency friends and family,

On behalf of myself and our team, we hope this message finds you safe and sound with your family and/or friends.

I started The Kagency (Kage Konsulting) over 17 years ago and one of our pillars of focus has always been community – both developing a strong bond within our organization and deep relationships with our clients, many of whom we are proud to call dear friends.

One of the things we love about our fellow NYers is the shared positivity and resilience. There is no better group to be with during a time of crisis. Together, we will have to work harder than ever to bring our great city back to her glory and we can do it!

The current pandemic with COVID-19 has touched all of our lives and affected every business that we know – including every owner that has slaved year upon year and every employee that has dedicated their time and efforts to supporting these businesses.

I still hold eternal optimism that we will turn this around, but we will have to do it together. Now, more than ever, we must call on our tribe and lean on each other to rebuild what we have worked so hard to achieve.

Mars Wrigley Confectionery, the world's leading manufacturer of chocolate, chewing gum, mints, and fruity confections, brought their Sweet ReTREAT to 579 Broadway. It is the brand's third year hosting the event and this year, they have a new partner – Bumble! The 6,000 SF venue was filled with activations such as the Rockin’ Pink STARBURST Nails Station and the DOVE Chocolate “Celebrate You” Bar. Special guest, Andi Dorfman, from the Bachelorette joined guests as they connected and celebrated meaningful relationships. @ 579 Broadway

Artist and YouTube sensation Heather Rooney hosted her first art show in SoHo at the gallery 393 NYC. The meticulous photorealist presented 24 original works in various styles, including some of her celebrity and fantasy portraits popularized on her YouTube channel—with over 1.4 million subscribers. Self-taught, Heather's primary medium is pencil, using graphite and colored pencils to create the softness, shadows and intricacy of hands and facial features with remarkable realism. The main gallery was reserved for a dramatic 360-degree time lapse video montage documenting her often 100 hours spent per piece. Prominently displayed on the gallery’s focal wall was a stunning black and white drawing of elephants, which represented over 300 hours of artistry. A line of fans quickly formed and lasted throughout the show. Heather greeted each one, signed autographs and posed for selfies. Check out her video portfolio on YouTube. @ 393nyc
