Day 5 in the Cleanse. Today’s is about Warmth.

Your body heals through warmth.
Not intensity.
Not restriction.
Not pushing harder.

Warmth = safety.
Warmth tells your nervous system:
It’s okay to soften now.
You don’t have to protect anymore.
You are allowed to receive.

When the body is warm:
• Digestion turns back on
• Hormones regulate
• Bloating settles
• Skin brightens
• The heart opens
• Sensuality returns

Cold contracts the body.
Warmth opens it.

So in this season, we choose:
Warm meals instead of cold salads.
Warm tea instead of iced drinks.
Warm showers instead of skipping touch.
Warm blankets, warm layers, warm hands over the belly before sleep.

This is not indulgence.
This is medicine.

Healing begins the moment the body finally feels held.

Day 4. Today in the fall Body Rejuv, we explore the Art of Elimination, of Letting Go, of Clearing.

Your body is always trying to return you to balance.
It is always trying to let go and heal you.
But most of us are living in a constant state of holding — holding our breath, holding our emotions, holding the past in our tissues.

Fall reminds us that release is natural.
Nature lets go without fear.
And your body wants to do the same.

The colon, liver, kidneys, skin, and lungs each hold a story and a function:

💙 The colon forms and releases waste — and holds what we are afraid to let go of.
💙 The liver filters the blood and metabolizes hormones — and holds anger and swallowed truth.
💙 The kidneys regulate hydration and vital energy — and hold fear and exhaustion.
💙 The skin eliminates through sweat and protects your boundaries — and reflects how safe you feel to be seen.
💙 The lungs release carbon dioxide with every exhale — and carry the grief we never got to express.

Your physical body and your emotional body are not separate.
