Why JDK Counseling
Welcome. Thank you for taking a few moments of your time to learn more about JDK Counseling and Wellness. As a woman, a wife, mom, grandmother, ordained woman, former hospice chaplain, licensed marriage and family therapist and human being, I’ve personally experienced and walked with countless women, men and their families facing changes, transitions and challenges throughout life, from birth to end of life.
I love working with people who want to stand and look clearly at whatever life is presenting at this time. People who, then, want to identify the changes they need or want to make and then, take steps to work towards implementing those changes. We all know change can be hard, even when it’s change we have chosen. Working through those changes in a collaborative process, with a trusted therapist can make all the difference in your achieving the positive changes you seek.
JDK Counseling and Wellness was founded make accessing therapy and whole person/family wellness easily accessible to as many people as possible.
