Working with our breath as the silver lining that connects to life and all live beings, we will work to recalibrate our nervous system to release stress and then relax into a sound healing experience, remembering that you are your own healer.

On my Reconnect Sound Sessions I utilize techniques to connect to our inner stillness. Sound guides the group into their natural state of consciousness. This transcendent experience inspires a deeper levels of awareness and connection with your true self, leading to a greater sense of peace, clarity and belonging

Leo, the ruling sign of the heart, governs the energetic hub of love, compassion, connection, and devotion. This full moon presents a chance to unlock the heart, rediscover the expansiveness of our creativity, and revive childlike joy, enabling us to articulate our heartfelt desires.

When we immerse ourselves in the joy of our soul's dance, we embody a childlike spirit at play—carefree, joyful, and brimming with abundant creative energy.

Through opening our heart space using breath and sound, we create space to experience more love, balance and connection. Through aligning with our true essence, we can explore which thought patterns may be limiting beliefs, beliefs that are keeping you away from understanding your own meaning of life and living in harmony with your truth.

The importance of managing emotions
Emotions control how you feel and this determines how you think; they control what you say and how you behave with others; it is important to have positive emotions and this can be achieved through your physiology, through your biorhythm.
Regulating your emotional life is possible through breathing and discipline.
During the month of August we invite you to include a short breathing practice, 15 minutes upon waking up and 15 minutes before going to bed. This way you will be exercising control of your biorhythm, but additionally, you will be using those minutes to program your day in a positive way in the morning and during the night you will be preparing the brain to rest and activate the regenerative systems in the body.

A month to stay in a high vibrational frequency.
We are now at the beginning of the month of July and we would like to invite you to put some suggestions into practice that will help you to keep yourself in a positive and high frequency, especially during these times that we could perceive as challenging, or that could even represent a challenge for you in your relationships with people.
In July we recommend:
- Practice Naam. This technology includes elements that support your mental and emotional health. Rhythm, breath work and mantric vibrations that help you to expand your electromagnetic field and to keep it strong.
- Be mindful of the information you are consuming. Nowadays, we spend much of our time on digital media. We make you a loving invitation to review and consciously choose the information that comes to you. Make sure it is from reliable and positive sources.
- Recognize the power of your mind. Everything originates from thoughts, therefore, it is important that you take control of your mind. Remove negative patterns and focus on what you want to materialize in your life.
During this month, may your focus be positive so that you can keep your energy in a high vibrational level.
