The challenges of males aren’t just talking points; they are hard realities experienced every day in places and ways we hardly imagine or think of. The subtle awakening of a new day comes with so many basic needs that when unmet, leads to chaos, madness, insanity, and unsettling emotions that triggers behaviors in many ways. Here are twenty critical life experiences males face every single day that are not clinical but adds or leads to physical and psychological health and wellness and societal construct challenges. Join us here https://bit.ly/45T7ADu for this interactive and engaging presentation and conversation. Looking forward to having You with us. Please share attached flyer with your networks.

Join here https://bit.ly/4fWAgjv as we talk about her experience and how it led to her suicidality. Too often we don’t understand how deeply traumatic s*xual assault is and the deep psychological impacts it has on victims. Sept. 10th, 11am-1pm - World Su***de Prevention Day: “Standing Together in Pain, Healing, and Support” virtual event. This year we’re not hosting a physical event as we choose to join our partners globally in a virtual setting where we can all support each other in our respective countries. This year I have been invited to three global initiatives to head up Emotional Wellness and Healthy Lifestyles and elated at how they will magnify my reach and the knowledge and wisdom I carry. So, join us here https://bit.ly/3Vg7ild for this moment of togetherness standing with people who are living with pain and suicidality or lost loved ones to su***de. We are all in a healing and recovery state from something and need to know and understand we are not alone unless we want to be.

Sept. 12th, 1pm-2:30pm - Pain Chronicles: I Never Found, Had, or Knew Peace and Sanity Until I Met Su***de and Embraced Death as An End to My Pain and Suffering” A look at su***de and suicidality through the lens of peace and sanity that transformed chronic and debilitating pain into purposeful life and living happier and healthier with suicidality. We often think of suicidality as a deficit in a person’s ability to manage their pain and suffering or heal from the trauma that caused them to be in pain, but we need to understand that sanity is more important than safety for someone experiencing chronic pain and suffering and how they see life, happiness, and peace in their suicidal mind. Join here https://bit.ly/41tNr5D and share with your networks.

Sept. 15th, 1pm-2:30pm - Parenting Chronicles: “Psychological Impacts of Technology and Social Media on Children/Youth Cognitive, Physical, and Psychological Health and Wellness.” In a time where technology, social media, AI, and the unfettered access to data and media are growing exponentially, there’s never a greater and more important time for parents to get very active and vigilant about the access and use of technology and social media in children, youth, and young adults. Join us here https://bit.ly/45RTH8H for this interactive and engaging presentation on the topic and what parents must do to safeguard themselves and their children immediately. Please share with your networks.

Sept. 19th, 1pm: Parenting Chronicles: Psychological Impacts of Technology and Social Media on Children/Youth Cognitive, Physical, and Psychological Health and Wellness. In a time where technology, social media, and AI, and the unfettered access to data and media are growing exponentially, there’s never a greater and more important time for parents to get very active and vigilant about the access and use of technology and social media in children, youth, and young adults. It’s today’s greatest threat to our physical and psychological health and wellness and the unlimited access to, integration, misuse, and misunderstanding affects our holistic health and best practices. Many parents are very challenged with ways in which to allow and over technology gadgets to their children and best practices in how they use them. There are many children who have been negatively and severely affected by technology and social media, and we need to talk more about this topic so they can learn and help in keeping their children and themselves safe and sane in these critical times with so many forms of trauma flowing through social media and technology. Join us here https://bit.ly/45RTH8H for this needed and real presentation and conversation.

Sept. 22nd, 1pm-2:30pm - Understanding Behaviors and Language of Debilitating Pain and Its Impacts on Cognitive, Physical, and Psychological Wellness” With a better understanding of how people experience and think of the aches and pain of their pain, we will be better and more effectively be able to treat and support them. Pain presents itself in various ways that often are misconstrued, misunderstood, and overlooked and we will talk about these language and behaviors that can help us recognize someone in deep crises and on the ledge of self-harm. Join us here https://bit.ly/4n3d4Tb for this interactive presentation and discussion and share with your networks.

Sept. 24th, 1pm-2:30pm - Pain Linguistics: “How Males Experience, Present, Process, Treat, and Talk About Their Pain Struggles and Suffering.” Pain is a language best spoken and understood by person experiencing it even when they may not be making sense of it and is incoherent, it’s still an experience of great discomfort and unsettling emotions. After twenty-five years of working with males of all ages and experiences with trauma that led to their pain, I understood quite clearly that males present and talk about their pain in a language not taught; but lived, and from those years and my own experiences with near death traumas and broken heart I too know and understand how hard it is and will be for males to be authentic and transparent in our pain and suffering. Join us here https://bit.ly/47gBcxc for this interactive presentation and discussion that will open your mind and give You a greater appreciation for hearing or helping males express their pain and suffering.

Sept. 26th, 1pm-2:30pm - Emotional Males Chronicles: “Nurturing True Strength, Healing and Wellness from Understanding, Accountability, and Transparency of Emotions, Pain, Loneliness, Trauma, and Vulnerabilities.” How often are males told they are too emotional, too sensitive, too dramatic, or too numb. How often do males have an opportunity to speak their truth authentically and transparently to their loved ones. The Emotional Male is a stigmatized person who is forced to shut in and shut down their emotions as a sign of weakness and femininity rather than strength, healing, and wellness. Join us here https://bit.ly/4p974u6 for this interactive presentation and discussion about the Emotional Male and the power and strength that comes from their pain and vulnerabilities.

Sept. 30th, 1pm-2:30pm – “Where Do Abused, Broken, and Hurting Males Go for Help and Support, and Ways Society Add To Their Pain, Suffering, and Trauma.” Are there safe places and spaces for males to get help and support for their brokenness and how and where can we create and sustain those needed places and space for males to go and connect with other males for their healing, recovery, and support. Join us here https://bit.ly/3UNQstT for this interactive presentation and discussion on how and where we can create safer communities that host safe places and spaces for males to heal their brokenness.

Good day beautiful people, how are You?
If this touches you, share so it can touch others as so many of us are existing and dying from pain on some level and crying out for help.

Thank You.

~Brett A. Scudder

One of the most significant and life-changing experience I've ever faced that taught invaluable lessons about living the best, greatest, and most fulfilling life one breath at a time. Hope it helps you find peace in your pain and purpose.

Never allow pain on any level to stop your praise because it is through pain, we find intrinsic purpose that amplifies our praise to overcome and heal pain. Pain is the greatest teacher of life, but you must humble self with gratitude to feel, learn, and understand what you are feeling to gain wisdom. So, next time you're in pain, sing and shout praises because you are worthy of your purpose and blessings.

If it touches you, share so it touches others.

Thank You.

Good day beautiful people, how are you?
As more people struggle, suffer, are dying from, and die from life and challenges that leads to and ***de my work continues to focus on serious life experiences of such that leads to them and offering really meaningful and effective solutions to meet the needs. Today I'll be starting another of my virtual Pain Management Series at the Scudder Intervention Services Foundation Inc. addressing the "Loneliness of Pain, Pain of Loneliness. How/Why Do We Feel Loneliness Around Loved Ones and Family Members" at 1pm EST on Microsoft Teams. I invite anyone interested to join in and learn and engage in the presentation. Looking forward to it. RSVP at sisfi.eventbrite.com.

Please share so others can be aware and join. Thank You and have a beautiful and blessed day one breath at a time with attitude of humility and gratitude.

~Brett A. Scudder

The Scudder Intervention Services Foundation, Inc. ‘SISFI’, The Su***de Institute and The Su***de Center invite you to our "Pain Management Series: “Experiences of Understanding, Healing, Treatment, Recovery and Transformation from Physical and Psychological Pains” hosted by su***de attempt survivor and our Behavioral Health and Wellness Director and Crisis Response Trainer Mr. Brett A. Scudder to address the silent and faceless enigmas of pain permeating society causing heightened and increasing addiction, agoraphobia, anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, isolation, and PTSD with meaningful and effective solutions and resources.

On Oct. 18th 2022 at 1pm EST he will be addressing the “Loneliness of Pain, Pain of Loneliness and How/Why Do We Feel Loneliness Around Loved Ones and Family Members.

When you hear talk about the opioid and mental health crises we’re seeing across the US, we need to understand the underlying factors of pain and how the use of substances and alcohol are used to suppress and manage it which often leads to overdose deaths. So many beautiful people are living in, suffering with, suffering from, and dying in pain in ways we can’t imagine nor recognize often because they either mask it or have learned to numb it enough to function. So many are unable to mask or numb the pain and so they talk about it in seeking help or getting support needed. When we look at how the healthcare systems assesses, recognizes, treats, or prevents pain we, those experiencing it, are often not in agreement with the methods and must find other ways of treating and managing. We are living in and experiencing a very serious pain crisis and it needs to be talked about openly, candidly, and publicly for awareness and edification across our society. The crisis is pervasive and will take much relearning and retraining to meet people effectively and meaningfully where they are to reduce and prevent further suffering and deaths.

In 2021, 2561 acute su***de ideation cases we prevented from completion at the foundation and institute which speaks volume of the effectiveness and impacts of our work in understanding, treating, and healing physical and psychological pains. This is mainly because our President and CEO Mr. Brett A. Scudder has lived a life of pain, head injuries, near death experiences, traumas, su***de attempt and subsequent PTSD on many levels and even after going into healthcare systems for treatment was left still suffering and struggling and so he created the organizations to help, support, treat, educate, heal, and transform pain into passion, purpose, and healthier lifestyles for people. Through his experiences and extensive research on himself and people he serves every day at the organizations and our 24/7 crisis lifeline, he created our Emotional Pain Informed Care and Su***de Informed Care modalities to meet the needs effectively and train people as acute crisis responders. That’s what drives thousands of people tour services because of his public speaking of awareness of lived and living experiences with pain every day and many events.

The unfortunate and painful death of male celebrities has once again thrust us into many discussions about emotional pain, bullying, depression, and su***de, and again shows how much and little we are unaware of the reality many of us are living in and feeling. There are so many males, young and old, completing su***de to end their pain and suffering because we’re not understanding or have normalized conversations about it for them to feel safe opening up or have safe places to open up, share and connect. There’s so much to learn about the real pain, trauma and ensuing PTSD crisis of Covid-19 and the pandemic that I could go on and on about from what we have seen in over 700% in our crisis workload at SISFI and the Su***de Institute since it began that we’ll be addressing with our amazing guest speakers, so join us, and be empowered and made aware of language and behaviors that could save your life or a loved one.

RSVP for the series at sisfi.eventbrite.com and join the conversation.

Our sincere gratitude to our guest speakers for accepting the invite to be vulnerable in strength of talking about their pain experiences.
We’re looking forward to a great time together.
