Mybabyfingers.com 🤟🏻Have you noticed? Whether in the mirror, in photo albums (or perhaps on your device), books or TV, children love watching other children. Younger siblings often pick up just as much (sometimes more) from their older siblings as they do from adult role models. Here, one of our students is learning and practicing signs by looking at babies and toddlers in Lora’s board books. In addition to reading together, having books accessible on low shelves for your little ones to pick out can help foster a love of reading. Books with children’s faces showing a variety of emotions can support your child’s exploration of emotions too - add the signs and the experience is even fuller.
