Customer service representative will be responsible to assist with our multi channel customer service platforms (phone, chat, outbound text, email).

Additionally, our customer support team members are helping to build and develop a VIP client program. Each customer has a designated rep to help assist them in purchasing new products, or any general inquiry. Bonuses will be paid based on performance.

Overall you must be willing and able to assist customers with online order issues, prescription lens questions, or general order needs while maintaining appropriate performance metrics.

Skills and requirements:

Phone Sales and Support Experience Preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.

Excellent communication.

Interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers over the phone.

Comfort with fast-paced work environment
