Do psyllium, chia, and flax seeds make your stomach bloat? Do they solve the problem of constipation and bloating? Not for me. Whole wheat flour? Low-FODMAP vegetables like zucchini, spinach, etc.? Not for me. Fruit? Kiwi is the only fruit that doesn't bloat me and helps a little, but it's not enough; my bowel movements are still incomplete, resulting in gas. But is there a food that solves constipation, doesn't bloat, and can be eaten every day without stopping? YES And I'm not kidding, I found it and I'm posting it in this downloadable PDF for $5. It's a 100% natural fiber, low FODMAP. I take it in the evening before bed (one scoop in a glass of water), and the next day my stomach starts to deflate, and my bowel movements become like those of all those people who have no problems and are always fine. Why am I selling this information? Because I've wasted so much time trying so many things; I can barely tolerate anything.
Two foods:A fruit I was consuming incorrectly and a product containing 100% plant fiber that doesn't ferment in our intestines like other fibers.
