HAPPY SUNDAY!🌞🌻

Anyone feeling the need for deeper, more meaningful connection, community & sacred space with like-hearted & like-interested soulful seekers? This is what the 12 week virtual discussion group on the yamas & niyamas is all about.🤗🙏💞

Here is more specific info for those who are contemplating participating:

🎀 The upcoming Yamas & Niyamas Virtual Discussion will be the 2nd one I have facilitated. The 1st one was a great experience & some of those original participants are returning.

🎀 The group will have 7-10 people to keep it intimate.

🎀 It will begin in Jan & run for 12 weeks. Exact start date & meeting time tba once I have gathered the people & determine what works best for everyone. (The last group met Monday's, 7-8:30 EST). We meet via Zoom. Meetings are recorded & e-mailed the next in case people miss some.

🎀 Each week we delve into a yama/niyama through readings, journal, meditation & most significantly- reflecting & discussing how they apply to our lives. There is a little gentle yoga in each session.

🎀 This group will be donation-based; suggested $20 weekly or $75 monthly. Those are merely suggestions & not mandatory in any way.

🎀 If you would like to get a feel for what the experience was like for some original members, I have done 3 interviews that are posted here on my page. I think they're pretty interesting. 😀
