Consistently following the correct plan will😃💪🏾

Emphasis on the consistency part because that workout you did 3 weeks ago isn’t enough. Also that one salad and protein shake you had last week won’t cut it.

Tell me what you’re doing every single day and I will predict your results. This might not be what you want to hear but the reason why this A** keeps getting results is because I’m consistently doing what I said I would do.
