✨ Transformation Tuesday ✨

This case is a great example of a Brody bite, also known as a scissor bite, where the upper teeth sit too far toward the cheeks and the lower teeth sit too far toward the tongue, causing them to slide past each other when chewing. This type of bite often leads to a CR-CO shift, meaning the patient subconsciously shifts their jaw just to make contact when biting.

These cases are extremely challenging to correct and require a high level of diligence and commitment from the patient. In this case, the patient was incredibly compliant and followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. As a result, we were able to correct the bite, eliminate the shift, and achieve a beautiful, stable outcome.

An excellent transformation and a result we’re very proud of. Dr. Dayan is always raising the bar, because when you truly love what you do, it never feels like work. We hope the patient is just as pleased with the results as we are.

✨ Transformation Tuesday ✨

Patient came in with concerns about crowding that affected the overall alignment and balance of her smile. The overlapping teeth created spacing and positioning issues that required precise, controlled movement.

Using clear aligners, we were able to create space and gradually guide the teeth into proper alignment. The result is a more harmonious smile with improved tooth positioning, achieved through a discreet and effective treatment approach.

We love her smile transformation and are so happy with the results and we hope she is just as happy with them as we are!

Throwing it back to the early days with this kid right here the one who made me a daddy. People always told me, “Enjoy it, it goes by fast,” but you don’t understand it until you look back at photos like this and think, “Woah… where did the time go?”
This week I had the privilege of putting in his expander, and it hit me how surreal it is to be part of his journey both as his dad and his orthodontist. Proud dad moment, for sure.

✨ Transformation Tuesday ✨

This was truly a remarkable journey. The patient came to us with four impacted teeth both upper canines and two second premolars plus an ectopic lower premolar. From the very beginning, we knew this would be a complex case.

Throughout treatment, he stayed engaged, patient, and trusting, asking questions and partnering with us every step of the way. Tooth by tooth, each impacted tooth erupted beautifully, the bite stayed balanced, and his profile remained harmonious. Extraction was always an option, but with careful planning and compliance, we achieved a full, non-extraction transformation.

As he shared in his review, he appreciated our transparency, guidance, and the way we navigated every challenge together. Seeing his confidence grow alongside his smile reminds us why we do what we do.

A beautiful smile, a happy patient, and a story of teamwork that’s the real transformation.

✨ Transformation Tuesday ✨
This case is a great example of how early-intervention treatment can pave the way for an exceptional final result.

When this patient first came to us, her upper canines were at risk of becoming impacted. We began Phase I treatment using an expander and a few minimally invasive brackets to align the upper incisors and create the space needed for her canines to erupt naturally. This approach helped prevent the need for more invasive procedures later on, such as exposures or extractions.

Once her canines were safely on track, we removed the appliances and continued monitoring her growth and development. During this stage, we often guide patients on whether baby teeth should be removed to help permanent teeth erupt more efficiently.

When she was ready for comprehensive treatment, we placed self-ligating brackets and finished with a broad, balanced, beautifully aligned smile with minimized buccal corridors.

A beautiful result made possible through early guidance and thoughtful planning.

✨ Transformation Tuesday! ✨
Today we’re celebrating this amazing kiddo’s smile transformation!

This patient came to us with a diastema a space between the front teeth that’s very common in children. With a gentle and age-appropriate treatment plan, we guided the teeth into the perfect position, creating a healthy, confident smile!

Seeing kids light up when they see their new smile is the best part of what we do.
