It is true that the quality of food has changed.

Food has always been around, but we have never been as exposed to ultra-processed foods and edible chemicals as we are now.

Just look at our parents or grandparents. They ate the same kind of food, but back then, food was more nutrient-dense, and with less processed carbohydrates.

I had a conversation with Jean about things like sane substitutions and paying attention to nutrition facts. It is important to check the ingredients in the food we are putting in our bodies because processed foods affect our body functions and leads to inflammation.

We must nourish our body by eating quality food such as protein, vegetables, omega 3 and high-quality fats. By doing this we can reduce cravings, inflammation, and regulate our hormones.
